Chicago Car Club is pleased to present this 1985 Chevrolet Camaro Z28 IROC-Z!

Exterior:

- Paint gauge reads between 3.5 and 4.5 on all panels except passenger door and quarter, which read between 6.5-7.5. This would indicate original paint on most of the car, with the aforementioned panels having been resprayed once.

- Paint is in excellent shape. Very few blemishes. There is a cluster of chips behind the passenger rear wheel, as well as a couple very minor chips on the driver front fender. There is also a light scratch on the passenger door, just above the door handle. Please see the video accompanying the listing, as it provides close-ups of each blemish.

- Glass is all clear and crack free

- Weatherstripping is in good shape

- No dents or dings. Body is in excellent shape.

- T-tops are in great shape. Watertight, trim is all intact. Top pops out with the unlatching of a lever. Easy one man job.

- Wheels are in nice shape. Rears are a little scraped up, fronts are very nice. Tires are in good shape, bu the DOT number indicates that they are older, so they should be replaced before too much mileage is added.

Interior:

- Grey bucket seats are in excellent shape. No tears, scuffing, or fading. There is a crack on the lower bolster welting on the driver's side, but that's obviously very minor. Rear seats show no wear.

- Dash is excellent. No cracks or warping.

- This car was optioned with the roof console, between the T-tops.

- Air conditioning blows cold

- Heat/blower/defrosters are functional

- Radio is functional but has no antennae so currently just plays static and cassettes.

- Gauges are all functional

Underhood / Underbody:

- Car is in very nice shape underneath. No damage and no through rust. Rust is limited to very minor surface rust on exhaust and suspension components.

- LB9-code 305ci V8 (215hp) and MX0-code auto trans w/ OD are original and in excellent order. Car runs and drives very well. Starts right up, sounds great, idles cool and steady, tracks straight under both acceleration and braking, and doesn't hesitate at all under hard acceleration.
