The exterior of this "Mini Mack" is in very solid condition for a truck that's 30 years old. Minimal surface rust around the steps and cab. We did recently paint the flatbed and frame rails to prevent any further rust from accumulating. The hood ornament and all badges are in good shape. Tires are showing about 50% up front, and 70% out back. The gooseneck ball hitch makes it easy to move any size trailer with no issues. All glass is in good shape, and windows roll up and down smoothly
Interior isn't brand new, it's 30 years old as well. Seats are showing their age with a few tears on the seams from climbing in and out. A nice set of seat covers from Farm and Fleet and this truck will be good to go! The gauges all work, as does the heat and radio. All in all it's a good work truck that will pay for itself with the workload you can put on it
Mechanically the truck is super solid. The Mack diesel engine roars right to life. With only 123,000 on the odometer, she's got a lot of life left in her. We're happy that we really didn't have to put any money into it mechanically. The turbo spools right up and she's through the gears with no hesitation. The clutch is nice and tight on it, as are the air brakes and all suspension components. This trucks ready to go to work! Call today for more information
