- Every blemish on the car is shown close-up and in direct sunlight in the video accompanying the listing. There are a number of small paint cracks and chips. Car looks fantastic from 10ft away, but once you really give it a thorough look-over, there are a handful of blemishes
- Original paint code is GM28755. We have not been able to find a reliable source as to what color that is, but we do not see any evidence of previous colors in the jambs or elsewhere
- Wheels are in nice shape, with just some minor chipping. The car wears an aggressive set of snow tires at the moment, 215/70R14 Firestone Winterforces
- Glass and light lenses are all clear and crack-free
- Chrome is very nice throughout. There are a couple small dings in the driver door mid-line trim
- Weatherstripping isn't very good. Some dry cracking
- Interior is the roughest part of the car. It needs seats and a carpet set. The carpeting that's in there is old and tired, and the seats have a few burst seams and aren't pretty
- Dash is in nice shape. Gauges are all functional, Blaupunkt Aspen radio is in place but is not hooked up. Odometer reads 85,629. We figure that's likely correct, but do not know for sure
- Driver's door panel is chewed up pretty good on the bottom. Passenger's is better
- Windows roll up and down, top opens and closes
Under the Hood / Underbody
- This car retains its original motor, the Triumph TR6-derived straight-6. Engine number is CF19975UE
- Car runs and drives nicely. Starts right up, idles cool and steady, shifts smoothly, and accelerates well. This car is properly quick, and sounds fantastic. It tracks straight under both acceleration and braking. Since taking possession of the car we've changed the oil, cleaned the brake rotors and replaced all four wheel cylinders and brake shoes, and tended to a leaky fuel line. As it sits, this car is ready to be driven and enjoyed while slowly ironing out the cosmetic/interior downfalls
- 3 Weber 40DCOE2 carburetors
- Please take a look through the underbody photos, as it's documented in detail. Underbody is in nice shape, with no areas of concern
