This 1968 Chevrolet Corvette coupe was acquired by the previous owner in March of 2021, and services have since included overhauling the suspension and four-wheel disc brakes as well as re-sealing the transmission and replacing ignition components, fuel lines, and the fuel pump. The car is finished in LeMans Blue over a color-coordinated vinyl interior and powered by a 327ci V8 mated to a three-speed automatic transmission. Additional equipment includes 15″ Rally wheels, power steering, air conditioning, and a push-button AM/FM radio. This Corvette coupe is now offered with an owner's manual and other printed materials, service records from current ownership.

The fiberglass body was finished in LeMans Blue (976) from the factory and features a pair of removable T-top roof panels. Additional exterior elements include dual exhaust finishers, a luggage rack, and a rear antenna that was replaced in May 2021. The complete vacuum system was replaced in 2023. We note that the wiper door is intermittent at the moment and may need an adjustment. We also note that the passenger side rear window glass latch has a broken handle but can be latched manually. We have had the lower frame corners (behind seating area) professionally repaired and reinforced by a fab shop. They also fabbed custom reinforcement plates for each side which further reinforce the frame pockets. Please view all photos carefully.

Painted 15″ Rally wheels wear bright hubcaps, trim rings, and BFGoodrich Radial T/A white-letter tires. Work since 2021 included service of the power-steering system and rebuilding the brake calipers in addition to replacing the following components:
-Front springs
-Front and rear shocks
-Upper and lower control arms
-Front and rear sway bar end links
-Front and rear brake pads and hoses
-Right-front brake caliper

The high-back bucket seats are upholstered in Medium Blue vinyl (414) and are complemented by a color-coordinated dashboard, center console, door panels, and carpets. Air conditioning and a push-button AM/FM radio are additional interior elements. AC works well. The turn-signal switch was replaced in May 2021 and works properly. Wear is noted on the driver's seat bottom and on the seat backs, and a portion of the center console beneath the armrest has been covered with tape.

The three-spoke steering wheel fronts a 160-mph speedometer and a 7k-rpm tachometer, both of which are not working. The broken five-digit odometer shows 85k miles, and total mileage is unknown.
The 327ci V8 is equipped with a chrome air cleaner housing and valve covers. The gaskets for the oil pan and transmission pan were replaced in May 2021 along with the ignition components and the accessory belts, and the engine-ground cable was repaired. The carburetor float, needle, and gaskets were replaced in June 2022, while the fuel pump and fuel lines were replaced in July 2022.

Power is supplied to the rear wheels through a three-speed Turbo Hydra-Matic automatic transmission that was resealed in 2022. Light seepage is noted from the front seal of the transmission pump.
