This awesome 76 Scottsdale Stepside C10 began an extensive frame-off restoration in 2017 and was completed earlier this year. Work included a 402 (bored .060 over) engine and transmission (Turbo hydra-Matic) swap. There was extensive suspension work which included complete bushings, front disc brake conversion, and hardware throughout. The truck was originally a fleetside and was converted to the current stepside box, which we love. The bed is now fitted with a red oak floor which shows like new. Paintwork was done in 2021 by a professional painter and it shows. All stripes are painted in 2 stage with clear covering all.
The edelbrock 4bbl carb, mated to a like manifold, puts fuel to the punched out 402 and it runs and idles beautifully. The truck is fitted with a new aluminum radiator with dual electric fans. Power steering and power brakes have both been upgraded. The prior owner/restorer put less than 5,000 miles on the truck since completion. We can attest to the drivability and road worthiness of this awesome C10.
Custom split fold bench seat retrofit is covered in a new seat cover. All windows roll nicely and show nice and clear, free of scratches. The interior of the car was painted and a new floor covering installed.
